A little whiny and unbearable to get through... Aren't they supposed to be in the 30s and 40s??

There is not much to say except I really, really enjoyed this book, and all the characters within it. I loved how each character's POV was easily identifiable, based on tone, internal thoughts, and delievery. Writing each chapter to be a different POV, and doing it correctly, is a difficult skill to master and the author definitely achieved that. There were some light-hearted moments, funny banter, and the smut was filthy. Would definitely recommend this one!

I think this would’ve been better as a novella than a full book. It’s not necessarily a bad book, in my opinion it lacks romantic depth.
It’s a MMMF book but I didn’t really see a connection between Marcus with Sam, and only a little tiny bit between Tom and Sam although it felt more like friends with benefits than anything else. Emily and Tom felt like good friends who hook up when they are horny, Marcus and Emily’s bond felt more because of them being an alpha and an omega than actual romantic feeling. The only couples I could actually see having a romantic bond were Marcus and Tom because of their established relationship and Emily and Sam because they act like they enjoy being in each other’s company even when they are not having sex.
The sex scenes after they all get together felt more like 2 swinger (?, don’t know if it’s the right term, English is not my first language) couples who also like to participate in orgies than an actual poly relationship.
As someone who does enjoy no plot just smut books/novellas and doesn’t really care if there are more than 7 sex scenes in a book, I hate to say it but towards the end it got boring
