First of all, I love that this is a story about actual ADULTS. Emily is 36 and working a sub-par office job. How relatable is that? There's none of the emotional turmoil you get with characters in the twenties. While there isn't a ton of substance to the characters, there's enough meat to them so that they don't feel two dimensional. They all have their quirks and issues, like any normal human.
There's not a whole lot to this book other than the smut. AND HOLY MOLY WHAT A BOUNTIFUL SMUTFEST IT IS, Seriously- the list of kinks is a mile long. It's filthy, depraved, sexy, hot, and still the fluffiest crap I've ever read. Alexis has blessed us with a genuine fuck-fest.
PLEASE do yourself a favor, and read this! It's so stinking good. I had to change my panties twice, and when it was all over, I had the biggest, dopiest smile on my face! SO EFFING GOOD AND SWEET!!!
