I give it a 'Twilight could never' out of ten.

LOVED.

I dug this FMC. She hit some tropes, but she had depth and complexity. The author showed me how her choices made sense without hitting me over the head with it,

and her eventual fall for the MMC made sense to me by the end--not always a given in a romance, but I'm always super stoked when it happens.

Speaking of the MMC...hubba hubba. Respectfully.

Zander's hotness was in his restraint. It wouldn't have made sense for him to rush into Romeria's arms libido first, and watching him fight that urge was an absolute joy.
