Wow, this one hit hard. It’s raw, honest, and kind of uncomfortable in the best way. It dives deep into womanhood, body image, and motherhood, and I kept thinking about the characters long after I finished. Some parts are heavy and emotional, but it’s so real. definitely a book that makes you feel and reflect.
I don't enjoy books which meander without much point or substance. This felt like one of those to me, and I managed to read a third of the book before I decided to give up. I've got too many books on my TBR pile as it is!

The writing style of this book is brilliant but I struggled sometimes to pick it up which is why it took me so long to finish it. I would have liked more about the dynamic between the sisters.
