Audible read. Good voice actors.

Very sweet story about the relationship between fate and the what ifs that surround it. It also does a great job of showing the complexity of developing dementia while maintaining a certain measure of respectful lightheartedness.

My only complaint is the erratic pacing. Most of the book felt almost painfully slow while others felt rushed.

Really cute…just a little too sappy sweet cute for me. I got this book for free from my local bookstore on Independent Bookstore Day which was such a nice perk. I’m bummed it wasn’t for me.

Oh my heart #girlonthe88bus for life!!! Seriously this was such a good and sweet read! I listened to it on audiobook and was so glad I did. The narration was spot on and I could not stop listening to this story!
The story of Frank and his search for his girl on the bus made my heart burst. Oh the tears

This did not charm me the way Nosy Neighbours did and I probably would’ve DNFed it but I had the audiobook and was passively listening while doing chores. It all seemed a little too contrived and predictable. Sampson’s choice to employ the structure of a time jump preceding the climax is irksome and the fact that she uses this device in both books I’ve read does not bode well for my picking up a third book by this author.
