I loved this book so so so much, it is totally worth the 5 stars and is probably one of my favourites.from this series.
I loved how it was as though Cardan was writing it and it was quite a refreshing change.
I loved the background we got to explore as readers and am so glad Black delved deeper.
And if you didn't pick it up because of the illustrations.
Go back and pick it up because of them.
Not only were they beautiful, but they too told the story and I loved the intricate attention to detail and the amazing artistic skill that was put into them.
