I've wanted to read this book for years, but ended up never buying it, in the end I've found it on the library near home.
First, I absolutelly loved the illustrations, they are really beautiful.
But I must say, I didn't like the way the father awlays wants to win, I would be nicer if it was the other way around, instead of the father, the son trying to prove that he love his father best.
Anyway, it's still a really cute book.

Another book  I am reading for my godchild. Just as adorable as I remember and  cannot wait to read this aloud to her.

A bit different bedtime book. In this one you have an older male bunny and a young bunny - so it's not a mom book and it goes out of its way to not say that it is a father bunny. And then it's pretty imaginative as the little bunny figures out its limitations. And its a bit too competitive but not in a super bad way. And the art is good but not typical. The writing is not the most brilliant but as a whole it works really well.

SO wholesome! (re)read right now in Target with laura❤️
