Wonderful telling of the myth. Thoroughly enjoyed it on my trip to Greece. Delightful way to be reminded of the myths.

4,5. I enjoyed reading it a lot, and it proved to be page turner for me. It’s a book doubting the heroism we praise and discussing the consequences of heroic actions. My favourite part was the female narrative, and the retelling of their tormented lives on the sides of the glorious heroes.

It hasn’t left me with a catharsis but it was still a fascinating read and I’d recommend it to anyone searching for a good novel with traces of romance story and Greek myths, all told from a female perspective.
