i started this last year and read maybe 40
pages and when i tell you i have never been more annoyed and bored reading a book i am not exaggerating. when people talk about this author and how good some of her books are, i think about how much i hated the start of this book. i have a vivid memory of trying to read it and being shocked by how slow it was. i don’t care if you think beach read is good. based on how terrible the beginning of people we meet on vacation was i have sworn off emily henry for the rest of my life. “oh it just has a slow start” stfu i’ve read books with slow starts but that was UNBEARABLE. I HATE BOOKTOK THESE BOOKS ARENT GOOD THEYRE JUST POPULAR. PLEASE READ ABOVE A 2ND GRADE READING LEVEL I AM FURIOUS

I absolutely loved it! Such an awesome book. My first book by Emily Henry. She really knows how to keep you turning pages. I finished the book in like 2 days and I can't wait to buy my next one by her.
