I loved slowly reading this book throughout the year and slowly learning more about this topic. It had a lot of fun and interesting information!
I think this is a great resource for those that are interested in green witchcraft. It touches a little but on philosophy behind it. But mainly it focuses on resources and spells you can use.

While I did receive a complementary electronic copy of this book for my honest review, I also purchased a physical copy and that is what I read to inform this review.
This is a highly readable, informative intro to witchcraft that incorporates many natural elements (including an interesting bit on astrology). I’ve already added it to my list of books I’d recommend to a newcomer to the practice, as it doesn’t attempt to overwhelm with excessive drama or “rules” like other books sometimes do, but provides a really streamlined primer for working with natural elements to start or enhance a practice.
It’s beautifully illustrated but I was sometimes confused by the layout. There are pages that contain sidebar information but these didn’t always seem entirely relevant to what was happening on the facing page.
In terms of the content however, the book offers very solid information in an easily digestible format. My only criticisms are related to my personal expectations: first, I wanted more! It felt as though she’d just get started talking about something and then we’d be whisked off to the next topic. More context, history, or details would have been delightful! Also, I am a listener of Paige’s podcast, and I love the humor and sparkle she brings to these topics. I would have loved to see more of Paige’s personality in this book, and a little more about her background, experience, and personal thoughts as a practicing witch.
Otherwise, highly recommend as a terrific reference guide containing well-researched and reliable information that I’m sure I will be reaching for again and again.
