Oof, disappointing finish to what was largely a fun, cute series. Didn't stick the landing at all for me. The plot/character arcs are just a rinse/repeat of bad miscommunication. They don't grow at all in this, don't show how they're actually going to learn from their problems/mistakes moving forward. The end is super rushed because it crams the breakup, fallout, and reconciliation all in the second half of the volume.

I’m a sucker for a friends to lovers romance. And the way these two communicate is so mature. Yes they have their moments, but they talk and figure it out. Love the communication!

Aww, loved the final attempt to create angst! My heart was really shattered, you know?! Overall, this is a really enjoyable series especially for romance enthusiast. And childhood friends to lovers on top of that. With gorgeous art style!

Overall this was a really cute and fluffy series with good smut. The breakup like right at the end was so weird and out of place, tho.
