I've adored every installment of this saga. It is so thoroughly fleshed out with intricate, complicated, and believable characters. The intrigue of betrayal, revenge, and politics always satisfies. Always chomping at the bit for more!

This was not a story that did not need to be told in all honestly. And in my opinion, it actually takes away from Ares’ character knowing all of these things he did before Red Rising. And I liked this art style even less than on volume one.

When I first read the first two books of Red Rising, I never thought Iwould find Ares such an interesting character. His story adds a lot to my enjoyment of this series.
Cute baby Servio is the icing on top.
