I always love these books. I especially enjoyed seeing Kitty and Matt together and visiting his feisty aunt. I love her, but I did take a little off because I missed Alice. I am glad that the overarching story about Kitty’s mother’s mystery is done. It was starting to go on a little too long. It was nice to have just a straight forward story. I can’t wait for the next one. I have already preordered it!

This series is such fun and so entertaining, all while being a mystery. I know hard to believe, right? If I throw in a few twists, would you believe me now? This is book 13 and I have drifted in and out of the series and can always pick up and read whichever book I have without any difficulty.
Our main characters are off on holiday and of course there is a murder. I love the setting of this series. When the world was simpler and more relaxed with actual human interaction. I also like the village. it is lively and almost ike and additional supporting character. I like that in addition to the mystery there is also personal time for the couple. I was guessing for a while before I eventually figured it out, but wasn’t certain until the reveal.
If you are looking for an easy to read cozy mystery, you should definitely check out this series. It won’t disappoint.
