I loved the first three parts of the series, however with this last one I really had to push myself to finish it. It would've made much more sense to give it a different title; it did not reflect the book up until the last 5 chapters. 

Good spicy moments towards the end, but the main male chatacter needed lots of improvement.

Book 4 - solid magic, mystery, war development. Too many steamy scenes that didn’t add anything to the plot. Just felt like they were included to check all the boxes. A lot of drama could be avoided if characters just had the hard discussions.

I found it a bit hard at times to get through compared to the other books but I still loved it all the same! I can’t wait to read the next one!
