I HATED the ex pregnancy storyline. She should've left him.

FMC is flaky, immature, and irrational. I was excited for JDs book. But this is a total miss. And why does the Black man's story have to be so messy. I read spoilers to see if what I thought was about to happen was about to happen and yup. Saw that coming. Surprise baby.

There is NO way this book was written by the same author. I just finished Takedown which heavily featured JD and Alex and I didn't even realize until the end that this was a crossover. I loved Alex's character in Takedown whereas it was her character that made me give up on Cherish.

Love their story

I think I love their story even more than Jake and Sandra’s. This was more than a love story. It was a story of family, healing, and growth

   | Cherish is the least favorite book in this series. I am not really impress with Jason. He is OTT drama king. Miss Sola puts a good story with the highlight into trust between Jason and Alex. I like Alex. She is kick ass, unapologetic heroine.

The story of Jason and Alex started when Jason fell in love with Alex at the first sight. Literally. I smiled on their meet cute. Because it is very meet cute. As the story progressed, Miss Sola injected too many hot steamy scenes that distract me from the main plot. She did not invest more on more vulnerable connection between Jason and Alex. As the result, I only feel the attraction between the main characters is only based on sex.

When the real climax/ plot is introduced, I feel like, why so much drama over the relation that based on sex?
