This was a fun spin on My Best Friends Wedding, 27 Dresses, and Maid of Honor but instead of trying to out whit the bride to get the Groom he wants the best man.

Max has been the Gay Best friend for so long that some how to him it feels like his entire personality has become "my gay best friend". Yet, he isn't exactly thrilled for his cold footed friend Paige when she makes the announcement. I felt for Max as we meet him because I too feel like I should be finding my person in life and have not and have to deal with the same stuff. I found it frustrating so often how Paige wanted Max to do/be something because she wanted it instead of talking to him.

At first I thought Max was being ludicrous for hating on Chasten, but the more we got to know Chasten the more I understood that he was the compliment to Max. I enjoyed watching them go from loath to more. Their progress made me laugh non stop throughout reading this. Hands down this was a great read and could not suggest it more.
