Endearing story between co-workers, one reluctant to love Fae and a wide-eyed human looking for a mind blowing "experience".
Work Place Romance
Forbidden Love
Fae/Human
Teach Me
Age Gap (mc:500/fmc:29)
Reluctant to Love Angst
Interconnected Series
Arrangement of Convenience
Light Love Triangle
I did not see this trigger warning listed, I wanted to mention it. We do see the MMC have casual sex with someone else after meeting the FMC. Though there is nothing between the two yet.

Cute, fun, funny, and steamy!!
So freaking good!!!! Jemma Croft, however, does an amazing job at creating a world that blends fantasy and modern. This book is cute, funny, and steamy, without the spicy scenes becoming redundant. 200/ 10 recommend. I am more than super excited for the next books in this series. I also recommend By the Horns, Jemma Croft's first book in this series.

By the Fae by Jemma Croft is book two in the Fantasy Flatmates Series. It’s the first book I’ve read by this author and I absolutely loved it. This book was amazing, it immediately pulled me in within the first couple chapters and it had me hooked until the end. I read this book in one sitting, never once wanting to put my kindle down. (It’s is the second book but it can be read as a standalone which is what I did) But after how much I enjoyed this book, I’m definitely going to read the first one as well. This was a phenomenally written romantic comedy that had me laughing out loud while having some top tier spice. Also don’t even get me started on the sweet/tender moments! Jemma Croft is a fantastic writer, the descriptions were so good I could imagine everything I was reading. I absolutely loved the characters and the dynamics of them. I can’t wait to read more books from Jemma; a new favorite author.
