I tried but I still hated it.

It's not funny at all, it's all cringe, starting by the dialogue...
How old are they supposed to be?? Because they're so immature.
Why is she so scared of love?

The fmc was supposed to be this funny girl who enjoys sex but the author made her seem like a bad version of a man (a real life man). She's not like the other girls. She's different...
"She's never boring" he said. Yeah she's so funny. She's so crazy.

And apparently it's not even a RH??? Her bff is going to be with the guys she fucked throughout the book????

I will start my review by simply stating - this wasn't my thing. The story was good, the erotic parts were well written and I understand why people would go crazy for this book. But it wasn't for me. I was influenced to get this by TikTok and I ignored the fact it has to do with football in a way which I don't care for. Other problem for me was that the style of erotica just wasn't for me, it was very dominating and even though well written, not for me. My biggest pet peeve about this was the unnecessary amount of times the word "fuck" in any form was used. Occasionally it was fine, not used to seeing it in a book too often, but in conversation and to showcase emotion it is okay. What really grinded my gears was when it was used SO randomly, for example "his bald fucking head"??? And the lingo occasionally just wasn't my thing with all the girl boss sisterhood epic stuff. As my task while reading this, I actually tracked all the fucks. In this book there was 569 (lol) fucks in different forms. That's a lot. Anyway, not for me but I understand other enjoying it.
