This was a great book. The details were so well written and believable, that it made me want to believe. This would be a great book to read to kids at that age where they're teetering on the edge of learning the truth.

I LOVED this book. Historical fiction mixed with magic. It's the story of how in 300 AD Nicholas of Myra started anonymously giving out gifts to people in need and evolved into a Christmas toy giving operation based at the North Pole. Many people joined him in his gift giving operation over the centuries including Attila the Hun, King Arthur, Leonardo da Vinci, Ben Franklin, Theodore Roosevelt, Amelia Earhart and many others. This was a fun, Christmas season read.
