Well the main guy acts like a frat boy, but he’s supposed to be a billionaire businessman. And why does he choose to make a move on his best friend’s sister now? So weird… I love Meghan, and usually her books are a hit for me, but sometimes I come across ones, that just doesn’t do it for me. Right off the bat I didn’t feel the connection to any of them.

DNF at 56%. Couldn’t get into the story. The MMC was a jerk at times and the FMC wasn’t really engaging as a character. Tried to skim through the last half. Wish it was shorter and while the flashbacks make sense to build the love story I felt like they didn’t add much.

Cute story by this author - as per usual. However, I found MMC to be a d-bag rather than charming. Otherwise, totally enjoyed.
