Well said, Helen. Lots of good advice. Lots of laughs. Just wish the transitions from your thoughts to the quotes of other people were a little more flowing than "I talked to so-and-so and they said......".

Very glad you are out there empowering others to be strong, themselves, and stop worrying about what others think.
