It's been a while since I read from this series and it felt good to be back in this world. The art has to be one of my favourite parts of K. O'Neill's work. It' just so beautiful!! The story this time around made me misty eyed. I don't remember getting emotional in the other books. I don't think we'll be getting any more stories from this world, at least not with this set of characters. It's bittersweet but their story seems to finished. I hope K. O'Niell releases something soon!

I loved reading this trilogy. It's beautiful visually and I loved that I got a sense of the character's relationship(even side characters) with each other despite having a very small amount of illustrations.

“everything that happens is a part of your wholeness. the sadness and loss, the hurt, as well as the joy, the love, the friendship— it is all a part of your tapestry”

this series is just incredible. it is so wholesome, with beautiful illustrations and equally beautiful prose. truly a must read for all ages in my opinion.

Tbh I got emotional during this one. I'm sad to see the series end, and I would love to see a "guide book" made about tea dragons - more than just the few pages at the end. This quote really hit home - "Everything that happens is a part of your wholeness."
