I just knewwwwwww I was gonna love Aaron's book after reading Save Me. Aaron was WILDING and poor Patience tried and failed miserably to stand on business. The plot was nuts and I had such a good time!

Torn between 2.5 and 3

I wanted to DNF this book multiple times. Aaron annoyed me with his domineering behavior masked as dominance.
Patience was so freaking blah. Seriously, she didn't have much personality and zero backbone. The storytelling felt like a lot of telling rather than showing.

This was my first book by this author. Not sure if I'll try any others at this point.

She's kept her children a secret from their father for 5 years. Once he finds out he goes all Alpha male control. The story line isn't new but it was spiced up with lots of other crazy things. The BDSM only lasts for 1 scene, the rest can be considered vanilla.
