interesting psycho/jason vibes, but overall, this was disappointing, and the main character? bless her heart. she was so dumb

You know I probably should have been less surprised about that twist in the epilogue, but yet I didn’t see it coming. I was like why am I not surprised, but yet still felt surprised in Freida fashion. Granted yes I was surprised but I don’t think this one had my jaw on the floor like with the Teacher. Overall this was very much still a five star read for me.

Love Freida's books - they are always so captivating! The only books I finish in one sitting because I need to find out what happens haha. The Inmate was so different, I loved it.

‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️
dont read the review. it contains pretty much all of the story
thank you

damn, i want to like this as much as
the other readers but no.
brooke is very stupid and just plain annoying.
one minute she trusts tim and the other, she trusts shane that much.
like. wtf. the previous nurse ACTUALLY said he was manipulative and tim always warned her with shane and also marcus (who ended up being dead for no reason AT ALL. how would his death mean something? just to let brooke know that she was that dumb?) that shane was dangerous
and also, brooke *realizing* // allegedly believe that the murder was done by shane and tim, it was so laughable.

and josh's pov (epilouge)??? it was so forced, like maybe freida thinks that a lot of unexpected but nonsense twist would be like by majority. haaaiaaaa

the whole twists and turns were too farfetched. the one with pamela and brooke's father, and how pamela helped her son murdered 5 people just to get revenge i---

I DON'T LIKE THE BOOK SO MUCH but i gave it 2 stars because i was so excited to read that and i enjoyed reading the first half, i really did!
