Another Colleen Hoover book I like. I'm not giving it five stars, mostly because the subject that became the main idea oh Hopeless is a bit too heavy and I was reading it the first place mostly because I was looking fluffy and light romance. This book is good, but I was not in the mood, so.. Yeah. ;)
I liked Holder, he's charming and sweet. But too bad I don't really feel the chemistry between them. It's the kind of attraction that called insta-love indeed. They don't even get to know each other yet Holder can't stop following Sky. I don't think this kind of love doesn't happen in a real life unless you got stalked. :/
But overall, I enjoyed this book mostly because I already comfortable with Colleen Hoover's style of writing. I thought Holder is a guy with mental disorder like Meredith A. Walters's book, because of his ups and down mood. But.. Well, again the theme's a bit heavy. So far so good, I'll definitely reading Holder's point of view! :)))

Heel interessant verhaal. Het plot wordt steeds groter en de waarheid komt aan het licht. In het begin dacht ik idk of het was is en of ik kan relaten met deze jonge karakters, maar zat er al snel in. Het einde mocht van mij wel iets mooier of uitgebreider.
I’m conflicted because I love a good plot twist and this book is full of them but it was also very cringey at times (classic CoHo) and also upsetting and not in the way that makes me appreciate when a book makes me feel something. There’s very uncomfortable topics and scenes that I wish I could erase from my memory. However the plot itself did keep me interested so I guess it was good?
