This is a memoir in the form of a graphic novel that spans over 900 pages. The author shares her experience as a transgender person who tries to get approval for hormone replacement therapy. However, her therapist denies approval for the HRT on the basis of suspecting that the author may suffer from Dissociative Identity Disorder, also known as multiple personalities.

I enjoyed this one though it was definitely grueling at times watching Emma's torment as she was trying to grapple with what was happening.
