Aw man! I loved this series!!! I didn't want to say goodbye. (still holding out hope to see Marce flow adventures into the Earth Colonies!!) However, it ended strong and purposefully and I truly enjoyed these three novels! Full of political intrigue and some five star cursing and sentient ships and even lovely romantic moments! I can't recommend this series enough! Just a great light and fun read!

Definitely liked it better than the second book, but overall it was just sort of fine in the Canon of Scalzi (which is, you know, pretty darn good in the Canon of Things I Read). I'm glad to know that this is the end of a defined trilogy of books, so whatever's next should be something new and exciting!

I'm going to miss this world so much.

I feel like this trilogy could easily have been one book, there's not too many pages and would have saved on explaining what happened before.
As a first time for me I would say the characters are quite flat, one trick ponies. However the story was entertaining and nicely wrapped up, 3.5 stars rounded up.

A good ending to a universe I want more of. I have said it before but will probably say it for every Scalzi review, if you are looking for in-depth anything, try another writer. If you are looking for great dialog, characters you want to have a beer with and fascinating worlds, go here.

There are a few insights into what makes a bad person and the usual bashing of huge corporations with locked in IP. The ending is a little bit fairy tale-ish with strings wrapped up suddenly and the ultimate good guy wins scenario but I liked it.

There were also some heavy consequences which strangely solidified my 4 star rating, contrasting the 2.5 stars I gave the [b:The Burning White|30169100|The Burning White (Lightbringer, #5)|Brent Weeks|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1533264732l/30169100._SY75_.jpg|50608625] which had no ending consequences whatsoever.

A very light easy to read trilogy which is well worth any Scalzi and/or space opera fans.

The entire Interdependency series is a fun romp (and not high litracha), and I really like the way this last installment in the trilogy wrapped it up. It was a very satisfying ending and fit with the overall feel of the series.

The characters are still fun, it's still a little heavy on the exposition, but I enjoyed it, nonetheless.

And (like, wayyyyy spoilers here)
SpoilerI wanted Kiva to be Emperox so much and I'm thrilled she made it to the end.
