An excellent ending to the trilogy. The characters that we've grown to love and hate are all there. I was so sad when Cardenia was killed and kept hoping that it wasn't true. However, the cleverness that Scalzi showed in continuing her story was very enjoyable and fit well with the entire world that he built. I do think this could spin off more stories with these characters that would be equally enjoyable. Fun read!
