I found Constable's Diana sonnet cycle to be better poetry, both in sound and meaning, than Daniel's Delia. It's seems pretty clear, particularly after reading the Delia sonnets, that Shakespeare was parodying the whole sonnet "genre" of his time, maybe even the Delia sonnets themselves specifically.
