⤷characters: i feel like as a running theme in freida mcfaddens books, a lot of the characters had a lot of depth. The majority of this book was from blakes perspective. and I really didnt like Blake. hes a man. and not a great one. after part 2 we get povs from some of the other characters who actually had some depth imo.
⤷plot: oh the plot was THERE. it followed Blake and krista after Blake loses his job. after they get a tenant weird stuff starts happening in his house. I struggled at first but then it got REALLY interesting
