The number of twists in this book must be a new record. The primary twist was okay. Some of the logistics are far fetched, but the very end of the book saved it. Literally the last few sentences of the epilogue.

I think 2.75 is fair because I did want to finish it. Once we started getting the perspective of other characters, I kinda knew where it was all going and rushed to get it over with. 

It's literally Gone Girl. The twist. The toxic relationship. The MMC & FMC personalities. There was even a sad side character madly in love with the FMC who suffered the same fate as the one in Gone Girl. The ending with "Whitney" was unnecessary and did nothing to improve the story or give a last "twist". It's sooo unlikely to come across 2 equally despicable women. And the vision was wrong.... Why?

This was my first FM book annnnd... I don't think her style is for me. Maybe I'll try one more but I've seen other reviews say her books are all very similar. So if you love FM, you'll probably love this!
