Zara, Jude and Emer are an unlikely trouple but each are necessary in order for their wants to work. I enjoyed this this from star to finish.

The beginning of the book started out a bit slow for me and was difficult to get into with switching between 3 POVs. But once I got further in the book things started to flow and I became invested in the story.

The 3 main characters were easy to differentiate between while I was reading and it was easy to get invested in their storylines. I did not see things taking the dark turn that they did.

I love this trio so much 🥹 Jude reminds me so much of Gideon the Ninth. In my head they are the same person, lol! I enjoyed this book so much! 🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

Very fun, very engaging, very interesting and well crafted plot. I enjoyed the characters, particularly Jude. I loved the world building.

The author is great at describing gross things.

One of the most unique and fleshed out books I have ever read! I loved the take on the demons and witches plot line, especially as it pertained to the main characters themselves. Having a trio that varied in their knowledge of and experience / motivation with the system made it feel like you, the reader, were really also actively learning and investigating. All three girls were super dynamic characters, which I really enjoyed, and their chemistry felt very natural. The setting being the UK also lent well to the dialogue and atmosphere! The ONLY thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is that occasionally the girls were stubborn and hardheaded, making stupid decisions that aren’t fun to read as an audience, and a couple grammatical nitpicks!
