Did not want it to end!

Where do I begin? I feel as though my review will not do these books any justice but I had to write down my feelings. I have read many Mafia books it's one of my favorite genres. This takes the cake! It blew me away and is not like any Mafia book I have read it's so much more. Like we have a Donna here that is boss of everything and our Hero does not want to change that like he knows the deal. In book 2 we get why it's called King of Ruin but it's all worth it. Ezekiel (Kane) is King the perfect King for his Queen gosh he is top Mafia book boyfriend that I have read thus far like the things that come out his mouth! Uff perfect. Together they are fire like top notch the author just blew be away with them. I already want to reread these they were that good Kane was that good. These books were a first for me from the author and is now an automatic one click author for me especially with the way she writes these bad ass women and these unforgettable men. It left me wanting more! I see Maddy is coming but man oh man Kilo like can we get Kilo and Fiona with what was happening or going to happen with them and of Shi and the twins! Like more please of everyone! Oh and in the acknowledgements where the author mentions Lucian I was screaming like yesss! He only appears in a small part but his character is just that strong where you're curious and want more. Read that whole scene with my eyebrow raised like hmm yes please lol. Anyway I'm rambling now but this story just leaves you like that lol. The characters and this world that was created just sucked me in. I can't wait for what's next within this world and even what this author writes outside of the Wonderland world I'm all in!

i’m obsessed????!?! this book was so so so good and i loved the dynamic between onyx and zeke!! the character development always floors me with lee jacquot she never misses! every character was so nicely fleshed out and had so much depth. my heart ached for onyx and zeke and their pasts but the fact they have each other makes me so happy <3

the found family was wholesome. they all had such a strong bond and loyalty to each other. i would read anything from this author and this universe!! can’t wait for the novella following maddy to come out!!!
