This was another quick little palate cleanser while I’m in the middle of a longer, heavier read—and honestly, it hit the spot. It didn’t fly by quite as fast as the other Alibis collection book I read, but I still enjoyed it!
It also wasn’t quite what I expected. I went in thinking it would focus more on the ex-wives themselves, but the story veered in a different direction. Still, the twist at the end genuinely surprised me, and Sally Hepworth always keeps me guessing. A solid, bingeable thriller that’s perfect when you need something quick and twisty.
