This like literally didn’t make sense and like…all the build up for that….
This is the second book in the Amazon Original Stories "Alibi" collection. I read Death Row already from this collection and was entertained. This book is similar in terms of rating. They're nothing mind blowing but I had a good time.
Ian Curly and his two ex wives and soon to be 3rd ex wife get along with him to a certain extent but the three women have formed an even closer relationship. They meet for dinner at Ian's restaurant weekly and dubbed themselves the ex wives club. On one particular night when all three ex wives and Ian's two adult children are working at the restaurant Ian is murdered and locked in the kitchen freezer.
The book appropriately goes through all the various characters alibis.... and whether or not they hold weight. I thought it was everyone at different points. It's always fun when you can suspect everyone in a who done it but still be wrong at the end. I definitely recommend for a short easy to read good time.

O Assassinato no Expresso do Oriente em uma versão contemporânea e bem mais sofisticada, com o criminoso sendo alguém de fora do "trem". Muito bem pensado, gostei bastante.
