Hilarious, adorable and heart warming. The not so big or scary fox just wanted to at least nibble a chicken. Instead he ended up with 3 eggs. The plan was to eat them but when he started caring for them, the 3 three self proclaimed little foxes wiggled themselves into the fox’s heart. He promised 2 chicks to his mentor the since he helped him get the eggs. When the wolf realizes how attached the fox is to his chicks he decides to eat them. The fox came up with a plan to escape but this plan put the fox in danger. He did what any good parent would’ve done, he sacrificed himself. A story about adoption, having two families and going beyond expectations. I laughed the whole book! ❤️

While you know where this book is going right off the bat, the journey is worth it. Renner's art is great and the fox's antics, it made me think of Looney Tunes cartoons, with Bugs and Daffy running around and getting whacked by things (or each other). Really fun read. Can't wait to see the animated version!

Entertaining and sweet.

This was a lot funnier than I thought it would be. And the illustrations are just beautiful.

This book was light and cute and I just really loved it. I can't say enough good things about it.

Cuuuuuute. There are a lot more words in this graphic novel than I expected, but I really enjoyed it.
