some good ideas but the execution feels all over the place.

I read Dustin Thao's debut book and I loved it. And I loved his second book. This book had the same theme as the first one, dealing with grief/someone leaving, but executes it differently. I liked the characters. Eric was a likable character and I was rooting for him. the ending shocked me and I definitely think people need to read this book.
