This book is a bit like a splatter painting; paints of all colours flicked against a canvas to see what can be made. It it an interesting read? Yes. Was it somewhat beautiful/intriguing? Yes. But it was so random, like the author just wrote a bunch of scenes and then loosely tied them together in the end. It's not necessarily a bad read, but it's...disjointed. I have so many questions, so many loose ends I can't work out. Like why the Christian and Nick thing? Daniel was almost a side story! Jasmine? When did this all happen? And why did Haru dissappear when he did, it at no point felt like Eric got enough closure that this would happen. I feel almost cheated, like the end was so left field and not earned. ALSO WHY WOULD KEVIN GET HIM INTO A THEATRE WHERE Eric and Jasmine had memory?
