It was an interesting story. Really a depiction of meladaptive daydreaming. I wasn't too shocked by the reveal at the end but what I minded is the parents not interfering during the story

I don’t love this book as much as I do Sam, but I got to like it. The story may strech a bit for my liking and not all decisions of Eric make sense to me, but bith of it are okay. Because this ending is worth the effort.
