Here we have a somewhat darker take on The Lone Ranger, influenced I guess by such darker takes on Batman perhaps. The art is breathtaking and the writing is solid. If you're looking for something as pure and heroic as the old tv show with Clayton Moore, you might want to take a pass on this. But if you want to see a grittier, perhaps more realistic take on The Lone Ranger, this is for you.
