I have always loved this movie growing up and I did not know it was a book until I was out of college. It was the book that had been on my TBR on Goodreads the longest since 2013. This is not on audio which is why it took me as long as it did but I was able to get it from my local library. I was skeptical if this was going to make me not like the movie or vice versa since I had seen the movie so many times but I had to know how it was. I Loved this book! I was so in it and I thought it was well written. I had a hard time putting it down because I eventhough I knew what would happen I wanted to see how the author executed it. I then rewatched the movie and both are well done. Obviously the movie has to cut things out but I was left feeling great about both!

Definitely one of my favourite novels. The movie was beyond terrible, though. I recommend sticking to the book.
