Strangly informative and interesting. Brooks clearly researches his subjects well (in this case survival tactics blended with zombie fiction), and applies his knowledge in such a way that you soon find yourself thinking about different, zombie-related scenarios. The 'Recorded attacks' bit was amusing and again shows Brooks' meticulous approach to researching his subjects.

Adds well to the zombie world of max brooks.

A interesting read for the first half, but I did find it quite tedious after that. Really only read this because I intend to read World War Z before seeing the film and I don't like to read books out of order so it has served its purpose for me.

My boyfriend bought this book, hates reading, so got me to read it and let him know how it is. I personally find the idea of zombies stupid.....and severely terrifying! This didnt help with my fear either. I know it was meant to be a comedy but I don't like thinking of the possibility of zombies even in a comical way

Clever, smart, original. A quick read worth twice the time it takes to read it.

One of my favourite books when I was young! A fun and witty read with some, honestly, very solid advice. If there ever is a zombie apocalypse, I'll be CLINGING to my copy.

Informative. It read like an instruction manual. I heard the author takes the whole zombie thing pretty seriously, and it shows in this book. I feel prepared now for the zombie apocalypse.

It's a brilliant idea, except at some point you realise you're reading a how to book for a situation that will never arise, and it feels kind of pointless.

Perfect advice for those not truly prepared for the zombie apocalypse!
