A wild read that was like combining a Farrelly brothers movie with a Melissa McCarthy comedy. Filled with so many antics and crazy moments. Get ready to dive in to the deep end of wacky with these two nutty con artists.

Luca has been running cons - pretty much his whole life, but his latest one has landed him into kidnapping Frances. A woman who has never left her small town or done anything significant in her entire life. So why a man calling himself Mr. Death wants her delivered by Luca is what the two of them team together to figure out. Yes, Frances teams up with her kidnapper.

I told you this story is full of wackiness.

A road trip full of cons, antics, and lots of strange moments that even the two of them find a tad odd, they set out to deliver Frances to death's door, that is Mr. Death's door.

It is safe to say you've never read a book like this before. From Teterboro to LA, this road trip takes the cake (and ice cream too). I would say that these characters have more character than should be allowed in one book but then I would have to take it back.

I'm not even sure where to start really. This whole book is one acid trip without the side effects. I might actually have been hallucinating, I'm still not 100% sure.

Conheartists is a head shaking, mind bogglingly fun adventure filled with "unhappy" mistakes, crazy horny old people, negotiating with Mr. Death, and a slew of unbelieveable craziness that you will have to read to comprehend.

If you like quirky and getting caught in a senseless ramble...
If you're into goat yoga and brain splatter...
If you like making love in the Mystery Machine, in a Colorado reservoir...
I'm the kidnapper who stole you, run away with me, on an adventure...

Conheartists is my first reading from this writing duo and though I have been forewarned, I did not expect the load of laughs I got from this book. I may or may not have gotten a permanent grin/ smile painted on my face after reading this crazy, outrageous, one of the best romantic comedy I have read this year! I could not recommend this enough! If you're looking for a mad, laugh-out-loud moments, fun and hilarious story, you'd best read this one.

I can’t tell you how excited I was when I saw that K. Webster and J.D. Hollyfield had written another book together — they are amazing as a duo! I love their books so much, they never fail to make me laugh my butt off and Conheartists was no different! It was such a joy to read and I loved it so, so much.

I think Sundays are for Hangovers is still their funniest yet, but hot dang, this one almost took the cake. Conheartists made me laugh so hard at one point that my whole face hurt, it was hard to breath, and I probably looked like I was dying — gosh that scene was hilarious and just the best. This book was full of antics, mischief and outrageous wildness. It was fun and silly and just an all-around good time experience. Conheartists was absolutely fabulous and I wholeheartedly loved, loved, loved it and I can’t wait to read K. Webster and J.D. Hollyfield’s next book — whatever it may be!

This romcom was different and unputtable down. The story started with some action and the dialogues between Francis and Lucas so humorous and made me laugh out load. This girl is so silly in a good way, fun, innocent and crazy. An amusing, light and adorable read.

Recommended!

An over the top romantic comedy by a dynamic duo!
I always know I’m in for a great when these two release something new, and Conheartists is no exception.
I giggled. I laughed out loud. I rolled my eyes at some antics. But I thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing.
Luca & Francis are the whole riot. They’re incredibly combustible together, even despite Francis’ innocence when it comes to men outside of smutty books provided to her by zealous senior citizens.
The chapter names had me almost spitting out my wine(& we all know what kind of sadness that is.)
The plot is captivating, the hero is hot enough to melt butter, and the heroine is only a damsel if you think she is.
A home run once again for this team!

So freaking funny! I kind you not Francis had me dyingggggg. The stuff she came up with was unbelievably funny. And Luca let us just swoon over how much her cares about his sis and niece. But also holy moly that man knows how to be dirty!

Funny!

This was really cute and laugh out loud funny even on its ridiculousness. I loved it and especially loved that I couldn’t tell it was written by two totally different authors.
