good glory these are such fun books!!! wes may be my fave ryder, loved how he and ava both overcame their issues and especially adored that there was no annoying third act breakup. such a quick and cute read!
I love this series. They are such quick and easy reads, even for romances. I genuinely like all the characters and wish I could hang out with them. I loved and related to Ada in this one and feel Wes is the perfect man??? The found family aspect really hit me in the feels. These books feel like a warm hug, and I can’t wait for the next 2.
3.5 round down, I loved Wes a lot but I found Ada to be annoying sometimes. She’s not like other girls, we get it. But overall a cute story, honestly more excited for the next book HAHA

this book was enjoyable & a fast read! i thought their relationship was cute. i wanted more out of their story and relationship however.
ada’s character at times made me :( bc she makes it such a point until the end of the story that she’s “not like other girls”, and i know it’s somewhat talked about how she does secretly like the stuff she says she doesn’t, but it still didn’t feel like enough if that makes sense? trying to express myself without spoiling it is difficult. i understood her behaviors, but i didn’t see much growth!
i thought wes was such a cutie pie and i also wish we got a bit more depth out of him with his struggles. the conversations with his mental health felt very surface level and i think it could have made an impact
