SJ Tilly does it again—her writing is just so addictive! This was a CUTE AF Christmas novella that had me giggling, squealing, and completely hooked from start to finish.

Alice’s journey from a surprise baking competition entrant to catching the eye of her dream man, Chef Michael, was so much fun to read. The tension between them kept building with every interaction, and when it finally broke? Whew—let’s just say some of those scenes had me screamingggg!

The instalove aspect definitely added to the humor, especially with that unforgettable ending. I loved the blend of steamy moments and lighthearted fun. If you’re looking for a quick, festive, and utterly entertaining read, this one’s a must for your Christmas TBR!

For your British bake off fantasy.

Enjoyed the Christmas baking show angle but it’s just too insta-love and really short I felt like we needed more.

I enjoyed this holiday novella a lot. This gave me major GBBO vibes. I liked Alice and Michael together. They were so possessive and obsessed with each other. I'm excited to read the next 2 novellas in this series.

I had read this novella last year but decided to re-read it before continuing on. I actually enjoyed it more this year. I think I went in knowing it was just silly Christmas fun and had a good time with it.
