4.5. Lila is phenomenal. There was a lot of action throughout, which is probably what pushes it from a true 5 star. I get a bit tired of the tone of romances written into books for YA, but this one hit the mark and I truly enjoyed the character interactions, romantic and otherwise.

This was a great ending to this trilogy. BUT I’m miffed that I didn’t realize Fragile Threads of Power was part of this world! I’m going to have to reread that one. I bet it’s so much better after reading these.
