I enjoyed this candid memoir about psychotherapeutic practice as experienced by both the therapist and the when the therapist was a patient. Brutally honest and insightful. Highly recommend.

I didn’t really know what to expect so my expectations were pretty low. I can’t believe how much I enjoyed it! I was so interested in finding out about all the characters. This memoir really reads like fiction! Funny, poignant, insightful, and sad. Alllll the feels!

I really enjoyed this book. It's about therapy, but it's also about the lives of several people and how they cope and learn from difficulties. Well written and engaging.
