This was really fun to listen to. June becomes a crazytown bananapants-type character and I enjoyed the heck out of it. I found myself sympathizing with her and then something would happen to remind me that she was, in fact, not a good person and I was not on her side. And then I'd go right back to sympathizing with her. I'm really glad I listened to this. I think I enjoyed it much more than I would have otherwise.

The main character was obnoxious and annoying and I hated her. The twist at the end was lame. It picked up for the last 20% but I don’t know who labeled this fast paced because it’s so slow at the start. The Plot is a better done version of this storyline, although it doesn’t have the Asian angle.

I had a hard time with this book. It was well written and covered good points but I struggle reading from the perspective of a protagonist that's so incredibly unlikable...which, I assume is the point. I often found myself yelling "What the hell, Juniper?!" often.
