I love this mystery series. It takes place in a small NewEngland town in a library.... how could it get any better.

Another cozy mystery series I think I'll end up liking quite a bit! It helps that it is set in a library and has books interwoven into the story. A great rainy day read. I can't wait to find the next one and get started.

I am a librarian, so I love any book or series where the library is front and center, and the main character is a librarian. It helps if there is a murder, but the murders are really secondary to cozy mysteries for me.

I enjoyed this first in a series and I plan to read more.

I've been reading some very slow-paced books in the last few weeks, so I needed a quick easy read.

I'm enjoying this series by Jenn McKinlay. Lindsey Norris is spunky. This particular book is the first in the series. It's a lovely introduction to the characters, but also to the small coastal town setting.

I liked the mystery & the writing, except for the bits where the narrator would randomly comment about a mannish feature or how a guy's hands were too feminine. I definitely had the murderer pegged early on, though I was distracted by other potential leads. I will say though if Mrs. Cole sucked that much I'd just fire her. I'm potentially interested in book 2 but wouldn't say I'm jumping for it.
