This resource is written in an accessible and mostly inclusive style, the information is comprehensive but straight forward. I liked how it was laid out, with cute illustrations and an easy to read format.
The issue I have with this book is there are a few moments where they talked about food and about weight in a way I disagree with, those sentences were also entirely unnecessarily for the point they were trying to get across in those sections. This book is clearly trying very hard to be inclusive and positive about all bodies, which is why it was so disappointing to have these elements that contribute towards fatphobia and especially weight stigma in medical situations included in the book.
